For over 20 years, our Tacky Traxx® Mats have been a trusted tool for keeping contaminates from entering some of the highest level cleanrooms. Tacky Mats are made with a high quality incinerable polyethylene film with an adhesive surface featuring just the right amount of “tack”. This highly engineered film has a durable and smooth surface that is not easily damaged by heavy foot traffic and cart wheels. Seamless, one-piece construction allows for full surface coverage, while numbered tabs provide easy identification and sheet separation.

In addition to cleanroom use, tacky mats serve as an effective method to maintain cleanliness in a variety of settings including: residential, construction, manufacturing, medical, basketball courts, and more.

We stock a wide variety of sticky mats to fit specific requirements. They come numerous sizes including 18” x 36” and 24” x 36” to extra-large mats such as 36” x 60” for covering big areas. Color selections include white, blue, and grey. Each mat features 30 individually corner numbered peel-off sheets. They come packaged 4 mats/case, 30 sheets per mat.

How To Use Your Clean Room Sticky Mat:

1. Choose a location for your mat. Make sure to position the mat so that multiple steps are made before entering the clean area.
2. Clean the floor surface to allow for better adhesion, or use a tacky mat frame
3. The mat features an adhesive backing to avoid movement when placed on the floor. To locate the back of the mat, look for the numbered corners. The side with the numbers facing upward will be the top of the mat.
4. Remove the film on the back of the mat, revealing the adhesive layer
5. Once positioned securely on the floor, remove the top layer of film revealing the tacky surface. The mat is now ready to walk on
6. Once the top layer is contaminated and no longer tacky, peel the sheet away from the numbered corner tab to reveal the next clean sheet
